Houseguests compete in first PoV of the season
Big Brother Canada was back in full swing last night as housemates geared up to compete in the first Power of Veto competition of the season.
First, houseguests gathered to select players for the comp. Daniel and Ty were chosen to play alongside the 3 nominees, Renee, Anika, and Dan.
In this, the first PoV of the season, houseguests had to transport slop in a cup, sliding under pipes before filling up a barrel. Once they fill it above the line they can move on to the second part of the comp.
The houseguests battle it out, but ultimately it comes down to Dan vs Ty. For the second part of the comp, they must mix the slop with liquid and then attempt to throw it into a barrel balanced on some scales. The first to tip the scales in favour of the slop filled barrel would be crowned the first veto winner of the season. Ty took an early lead, managing to find his rhythm ahead of Dan.
Ty manages to balance his barrel first, winning the power of veto.
At the Power of Veto ceremony, Ty uses the power of veto to save Anika. Santina then chooses John Michael as the replacement nominee, setting the seasons first backdoor plan in motion?
